2.1. Permitted Use: Our website is for your personal, non-commercial use to browse, learn about, and purchase our horticultural products.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
2.3. Your Obligations: You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or provide false information during the ordering process.
3. Products & Services Description
3.1. Product Range: We specialise in premium perennial plants, flowering bulbs, climbers, and ornamental grasses. Our menu includes carefully curated varieties such as Agapanthus (African Lily), Allium Bulbs, Astilbe, Climbing Roses, Echinacea, and many more.
3.2. Living Product Nature: Our products are living, perishable horticultural items. Their health and viability are influenced by season, shipping, and eventual planting conditions. Images on the site are representative, but natural variation in size, colour, and exact stage of growth may occur.
3.3. Availability: All products are subject to availability. We update our stock regularly, but if an item sells out after you order, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.
4. Ordering & Payment Terms
4.1. Placing an Order: Adding items to your cart and proceeding through checkout constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email.
4.2. Pricing: Prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4.4. Order Processing: Orders are processed from our Manchester hub within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. Shipping Regions: We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is within our serviceable area.
5.2. Shipping Options & Costs:
- Standard Tracked Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.
5.3. Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimates. Delays can occur due to customs, weather, or seasonal high volumes. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
5.4. Your Responsibility upon Delivery: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging is severely damaged, note this with the carrier. Report any missing or visibly damaged items to us within 48 hours.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

6.1. Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, diseased, or incorrectly shipped. The item must be in its original condition, with packaging and labels intact, and must not have been planted, cut, or altered.
6.2. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale): To protect plant health, the following cannot be returned:
- Flower Bulbs (e.g., Daffodil, Allium) once the shipping season has ended.
- Any plant that has been planted, cut, or substantially altered.
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” during clearance sales.
6.3. Return Process & Costs: You must contact us at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
6.4. Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of return approval. They include the product price and taxes, but not the original shipping fee (unless we made an error).
7. Limitations of Liability
7.1. General Limitation: Plant Garden World shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or anticipated garden performance.
7.2. Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
7.3. Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of nature, war, pandemics, or failures of third-party suppliers or carriers.
7.4. Gardening Success: While we provide detailed care guides, ultimate success in growing plants depends on local conditions, climate, and gardener care. We cannot guarantee the survival or specific performance of any plant once it is in your garden.

8.1. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
