We carefully pack every Agapanthus, Clematis, Border Perennial, and bulb to ensure it arrives in perfect condition for planting.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our Manchester hub. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Tracked): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: £12.95.
    • Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS.
    • Cost: Free.
    • Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs or seasonal delays. We currently ship globally but are unable to deliver to a few remote regions and parts of Asia.

📦 Returns & Exchanges Promise

Your satisfaction is rooted in every purchase. We accept returns and exchanges for plants and products that arrive damaged, diseased, or incorrectly shipped.

🕒 Key Policy Timelines

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days for inspection once we receive your return.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds issued within 14 business days after return approval.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition, with the original packaging and labels intact.
  • Must not have been planted, cut, or substantially altered.

🔄 Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return Request

Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Manchester-based customer care team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name (e.g., ‘Astilbe Plants’, ‘Allium Bulbs’)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely repackage the item in its original packaging, if possible. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to:

Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a tracked service.

Step 4: Inspection and Processing

Our gardening specialists will inspect the returned item. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete and your return is approved or declined.

💷 Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Timeline: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or provider.
  • Amount: Includes the product price and applicable taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., swap Dianthus for Echinacea Plants), please indicate this in your initial email. We will guide you through placing a new order for the desired item. Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund or credit for the original item.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and viability of our living plants, and in line with standard horticultural practice, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Flower Bulbs (e.g., Daffodil & Narcissi Bulbs, Allium Bulbs) once the shipping season has ended, as their viability is time-sensitive.
  • Any plant that has been planted, cut, or substantially altered from its received state.
  • Items purchased during a final clearance or special promotion marked as “Non-Returnable.”

Analysis Note: This policy reflects our focus on perishable, living horticultural products. Items with a biological shelf-life or those altered post-delivery are excluded to ensure quality and prevent misuse, safeguarding the interests of all our gardening community.
