Paeonia Louis Van Houtte – Peony

With lovely colour, it is a beautiful peony with rose-pink double flowers over mid-green foliage. It will thrive in any fertile, moist, well drained soil in full sun or partial shade, reaching a height of around 80-90cm high and a spread of around 60cms.

Very easy to grow, and great for cutting too, if you wish to add a touch of springtime romance to your garden, look no further than this sweet-smelling peony.

For the cutting garden, it is perfect for special occasions, the soft pink petals fade to white with pink blushing. This floriferous, often overlooked beauty is being used by more and more professional cut-flower growers.
