What types of plants do you specialise in?
We focus on perennial plants, climbing plants/vines, ornamental grasses, and flower bulbs. Our range includes popular varieties like Clematis, Climbing Roses, Agapanthus (African Lily), Echinacea, Hostas, Alliums, and many more durable, garden-enhancing perennials.
Are your plants suitable for beginners?
Yes! Many of our plants, such as Hostas, Astilbe, and ornamental grasses, are chosen for their hardiness and low-maintenance nature. Product descriptions include care guidance to help gardeners of all levels.
Do you sell large, mature plants?
Yes. We offer “Large Specimen Climbers and Vines” (e.g., 6-7ft climbers) for instant garden impact. These are perfect for creating immediate vertical interest.
Ordering, Payment & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.
How do I create an account?
Click “Register” at the top of the site. You’ll need to provide a username, email address, and password. An account lets you track orders, save your details, and create a wishlist.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the login page, click “Lost your password?” and follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally, excluding some remote regions and parts of Asia (please check at checkout). Most orders to Europe and North America arrive promptly.
What are my delivery options and costs?
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: On orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our nursery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 15-day return period from the date you receive your plants. Items must be in their original, resalable condition. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
What if my plants arrive damaged or unhealthy?
Your plants’ health is our priority. If they arrive in poor condition, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Are there any non-returnable items?
Yes, bulbs and perishable goods that have been planted or opened cannot be returned unless they are faulty upon arrival.
