Euphorbia Characias ‘Silver Swan’ – Variegated Spurge

Dazzling silver variegated foliage and silver variegated flower heads adorn Euphorbia characias ‘Silver Swan’, a recently introduced variegated variety of Spurge with strong growth and constitution.

A shrubby, evergreen perennial plant, it carries maroon-flushed dark stems that are clothed in grey-green leaves, beautifully margined in silver-cream. In early spring the stem tips develop into flowering heads of chartreuse, marked with creamy white – something really quite outstanding.
